Another dining area and seating area to the rear of the kitchen allow you to follow the sun from sunrise to sunset, watching it dip below the hills from here. A spacious and well-equipped laundry/utility room has access to the garden to the rear of the house. It’s equipped with a washer, dryer and plenty of storage, as well as a WC. Living Room Plush carpeted stairs lead up a few steps to the main cosy sitting room. Floor to ceiling windows are sure to distract your attention from whatever is on the super-sized television.
